This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Performance Marketing-Solutions team based in our Velti office in Athens. You will have the opportunity to work with operators, financial institutions and retailers around the world. You will be working on some of the most exciting campaigns solutions in the market and gain a vast array of skills in this entrepreneurial company. We are looking for an exceptional individual whose key responsibilities will be:
analytical projects requirements gathering
analytical projects implementation/evaluation
active involvement in data identification, extraction, preparation, manipulation and analysis processes
construction of best in class analytical solutions using different tools such as SAS, SPSS, SQL etc.
Building segmentation and cluster models
Profiling & propensity modeling
Exploratory analysis of data
Campaign building and optimization
Delivery of quality key findings and insight back to clients
Required skills and experience
Strong experience in statistical tools like SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, or R.- detailed and high level understanding of SAS, is considered a plus
Strong experience in statistical techniques (segmentation, regression, factor analysis, clustering, CHAID etc)
Strong experience in Data modeling and SQL language
Good understanding of customer data and customer behavior
Experience in CRM programs and digital/ online customer data (i.e. ecommerce or online subscriptions)
BSc or similar degree in Statistics or Math.
Experience in developing systems that generate and process large amounts of data; and use the data to answer questions or improve system behavior
Knowledge of the following will be considered as an extra asset: SAS, SPSS, CHAID, Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Profilingr, S, Regression, Predictive Analytics, Conjoint Analysis.
