Operations Manager (OM0610)

The ideal candidate should have spirit of entrepreneurship and share our values and passion for innovation and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure the efficient, timely and accurate delivery of international projects by monitoring the work of various teams

- Manage the efficient allocation and utilization of manpower, equipment and resources

- Communicate and interact with employees to optimize performance and maintain a high level of morale

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, MBA or relevant topic

- At least 4 years previous experience in leading, motivating and training employees, preferably in a multinational environment

- Project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet objectives/key deadlines

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Excellent command of MS Office Suite

- Fluency in verbal and written English

- Fulfilled military obligations
