SEM Specialist for Serbian clients – Part time

We are looking for a seasoned SEM Specialist for Serbian Campaigns, who will report to the Google Business Unit Manager. The position is based at ICAP’s headquarters in Athens.

Role description:
Set up and Manage advertiser’s Google AdWords campaigns for Serbia
Manage customer inquiries by phone and/or e-mail
Management & maintenance of customer database
Monitor and analyze online marketing and campaign performance data in order to suggest structural and editorial improvements that will optimize ad campaigns
Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to Google's advertisers
Leverage his/her deep understanding of clients' websites and products to develop creative content for their text ads
Implement creative ways to improve our client relationships and increase revenue by up-selling and cross-selling

Candidate Profile:
University degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing or Business Administration
Google Advertising Professional certification, knowledge of Website development, Google Analytics, SEO, Photoshop, Abode design tools knowledge will be consider as a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Greek, English and SERBIAN language
Very good command of MS-Office applications
Orientation and interest in Account Management, Customer Support and Internet Advertising
Excellent writing/editorial and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Proactive, motivated, organized, responsible – and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
