PhD program 'Analysis and Mitigation of risks in Infrastructures', in Portugal

Call for eight ( 8 ) scholarships are open until 11st of March 2016 for the
third year of the international PhD program 'Analysis and Mitigation of
risks in Infrastructures', to be held in Portugal (
<http://infrarisk.tecnico.ulisboa.pt> http://infrarisk.tecnico.ulisboa.pt).
The programme aims to analyse the main risks associated to several natural
hazards which are more common or of greater importance. It involves a
partnership between four universities (Universidade de Lisboa, Instituto
Superior Técnico - IST; Faculty of Engineering of University of Porto -
FEUP; University of Minho and University of Aveiro), the National Laboratory
of Civil Engineering (LNEC) and a research unit within IST (CERIS).
