The Role
This is a new exciting role within our expanding BI & Analytics.
Responsibilities
Manage business reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner across various departments;
Conduct deep-dive and exploratory data analysis and transform this into actionable insight that drives decisions;
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide high-quality analysis that will enable the decision-making process;
Conduct statistical modeling techniques to provide robust insights and recommendations;
Develop new metrics and indicators to enhance aspects of playing patterns;
Analyze vast amounts of customer data to formulate models that describe, diagnose, predict, or prescribe data. Deliver complex analysis including e.g. customer segmentation, lifetime value, and behavioral models;
Provide analytical support on key business decisions, including new business initiatives, appraisal of projects and post-implementation reviews;
Proactively identify opportunities and propose methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer; science, economics or operations research;
3+ years of related experience in Analytics with Commercial/CRM, Sales/Digital marketing;
Strong SQL Server Reporting, Analysis Services, relational database knowledge, and data manipulation skills;
Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset;
Advanced data visualization/BI skills in tools like PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView;
Good knowledge/working experience of R and/or Python and libraries for data processing/analytics;
Experience of experimental test design (A/B split, multivariate testing);
Highly numerate, passionate about data and insights with a good knowledge of statistics;
Experience in working with high volume, high dimensional data;
Knowledge in forecast reporting, data visualization, data mining;
Proactive, well organized, with attention to detail and good judgment;
Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
Experience and/or interest in Sports and Casino games;
Experience with loyalty programs.
