15th Advanced Summer School in Economics & Econometrics: "Spatial econometrics with cross section and panel data"

The topic of the 15th Advanced Summer School in Economics & Econometrics is "Spatial econometrics with cross section and panel data".
The course will run between 2-9 August 2020 and a brief schedule is as follows
Day 1: Course overview
Day 2: Generalized least squares and quasi-GLS estimation of linear models
Day 3: The nature of spatial correlation and serial correlation with panel data
Day 4: Nonlinear models with cross-sectional data and spatial data
Day 5: Nonlinear models with panel data
Jeffrey M. Wooldridge, Professor in the Department of Economics, Michigan State University, USA, will be the Distinguished Guest Professor. He is a fellow of the Econometric Society and the author of two higly cited books "Econometric Analysis of Cross Section and Panel Data" and "Introductory Econometrics: A Modern Approach".
ASSEE 2020 will be offered real-time online due to the spread of Covid-19. Under this new format, lectures will offered by Distinguished Professor Jeffrey Wooldridge in the afternoon greek time and computer labs will be in the morning due to the time difference between Greece and the US. The fees to participate in ASSEE 2020 have been reduced to 1000 euros and the course will be offered subject to sufficient applications. If you are interested in participating please apply as soon as possible, the deadline for the payment of the fees has been changed to June 30th but if you need more time please contact admissions@assee.eu. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause to our applicants.
